The brief
To create brand awareness for Nissan GT-R with the purpose of reinforcing the selling point - always faster and more powerful than it's competitor.
The idea
The loading bar is always ahead of the progress bar in a YouTube player. Riding on this technical aspect, whenever the user wanted to watch videos on speed and test-drives, the entire loading bar is replaced with the image of Nissan GT-R, while the playhead is replaced with the silhouette of its competitor. Using this simple concept, we lead the consumers to the conclusion that Nissan GT-R is always the fastest car in its class. The idea is reinforced when the pop-up menu bearing the message appears at the end of the loading process.
