With its new tagline, Goodbye Serious (or ""Serius? Apatu?"" in Bahasa Malaysia), Wall's wanted to remind its fans to chill out, no matter what everyday life brings, in a cheeky on-ground way.

Solution
We introduced Pak Man, a Medicine Man who swears he has the perfect remedy for heatiness, a condition that plagues city dwellers due to lifestyle stress factors, hot, humid weather and overly spicy food. It's not a magical ointment or spell...but something much cooler and creamier.
